As a previous communications and public relations professional, my projects are varied and tap into different skills as well as my creativity.
Two writers, two mics with a side of banter. This soon-to-launch podcast is co-hosted with Angela, an aspiring author who will soon journey the self-publishing path. We explore the challenges of being Black writers and feature special guests. On YouTube and Spotify.
Empowering Single Moms, Inc.
I serve as the executive director and communications director for a Delaware-based nonprofit that works with Single Moms.
The LAB Magazine
I serve as a contributing writer and editor to a quarterly arts publication, The Lab Magazine. The magazine highlights resident artists who are changing the region's landscape as well as updates of Gateway Community Development Corporation (CDC) and the Arts District. This is a publication of the Gateway CDC in Prince George's County, Md.
Works In Progress (WIP)
WIP include a YA novel set in Costa Rica based on historic events with a supernatural twist. Others include a collection of humorous vignettes for women and a spin-off of my debut novel.

Joyinhome Publishing is my publishing imprint and home to my debut novel, poetry series and any titles to come.
