Multi-genre Author. Podcaster. Poet. Bibliophile.
I'm a DC native who lives in Costa Rica with my family. My favorite color is orange. Things I love: art, reading and peanut butter (not necessarily in that order).
As a writer, I explore themes of Womanhood, love, loss and family through poetry, fiction and creative nonfiction. With tenderness and ache, I tell the untold stories of Black women.
Works in progress: novelettes about young love; more poetry collections; and a supernatural YA novel entitled, Bluff.
I have a BA in Communications from Temple University and an MA in Public Communication from American University.
